Grainger moved from London Bridge to the iconic Moor London development. Conscious of sustainability and budget  they reused as much furniture as possible. FACT carried out a full asset audit from which the designers were able to maximise the potential and schedule items to be reused, refurbished for reuse or donated to a third party. All existing meeting tables were of high quality but with dated and damaged tops. New tops were specified and supplied by the original manufacturer which meant warrantees could be extended. The large boardroom table manufacturer was no longer is business to we worked along side a joinery partner to develop, design and make a new top that included brass inlays and full power and IT provision.
